Welcome to MyShowUp.app ("MyShowUp", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

MyShowUp provides automated SMS appointment reminder services designed for service-based businesses. The Service may include scheduling tools, reminder automation, and related communication features.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

By using MyShowUp, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of appointment and contact information entered into the system

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SMS Communications & Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper prior express consent from your customers before sending SMS reminders through MyShowUp.

You represent and warrant that:

• You establish a direct business relationship with the recipients and manually input their phone numbers into the private MyShowUp dashboard only after obtaining verbal, written, or electronic consent.
• You have obtained all necessary permissions required under applicable laws (including but not limited to U.S. TCPA and A2P regulations).
• Your use of SMS communications complies with all local, state, and federal laws.
• You will strictly use the Service for transactional appointment reminders, confirmations, and schedule updates. Sending unsolicited marketing messages, promotional offers, or spam through the platform is strictly prohibited.

MyShowUp is not responsible for unlawful messaging practices conducted by users.

5. No Guarantee of Message Delivery

MyShowUp relies on third-party telecommunications providers to deliver SMS messages.

We do not guarantee:

• 100% message delivery
• Delivery timing
• Carrier availability
• Prevention of network interruptions

You acknowledge that SMS delivery depends on third-party systems beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MyShowUp shall not be liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Missed appointments
• Business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months

You use the Service at your own risk.
